Yesterday, I found out that a girl from my school had been killed. It was after the final bell that my friends and I noticed the news reporters and cameras around the school. But that the moment we thought nothing of it.

“I’ve been thinking,” I said. “Don’t hurt yourself,” he laughed. “Sometimes I think that maybe if you hadn’t saved me that time, you wouldn’t have died.” This story was inspired by the life and death of James ‘The Rev’ Sullivan. It is entirely written in loving memory of Jimmy. It is my way with dealing with the loss of one of my favorite musicians and keeping his memory alive.
